Contemporary and colourful interiors make this feel like a real home-from-home for a group of six friends or a family. It’s the perfect seaside retreat after long days exploring the area.
Through the hallway, you will find yourself in the pretty kitchen/diner. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light, and there is a central island as well as a six-seater dining table, so you can socialise, cook, and eat as a group. Upstairs on the first floor, to make the most of the view, is the wonderful lounge. You can curl up for the evening on the sofa and enjoy the superb vistas. The first of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor, a king-size, which has a Smart TV and is adjacent to a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Back upstairs are the other two bedrooms, a twin and a double, both boasting en-suite shower rooms with WCs. A balcony leads off the lounge, where you can sip on a morning coffee and soak up the vistas. Downstairs, the garden is fully enclosed and has a large lawn area and a patio. Private parking is available for three cars.
Soak up the sun or take a dip at Warkworth Beach (200 metres) before enjoying lunch at one of the eateries in the village and exploring the magnificent Warkworth Castle (1 mile). The historic town of Alnwick (7.5 miles) has further amenities and is renowned for its famous castle, which was used as a Harry Potter filming location. Keen walkers can enjoy long strolls along the Northumberland Coast Path, which passes scenic views.
