Just a short stroll from the golden sands of Beadnell Bay, this handsome detached house is an ideal escape for families or groups of friends seeking fun-filled coastal adventures. A great choice at any time of year, it offers plenty of space, light-filled, stylish rooms and a south-facing, enclosed garden where children and pets can play.

Leave coats and shoes in the hall, then step into the bright and airy lounge/diner, where a corner sofa, Smart TV and electric fire create a welcoming spot in which to unwind. Two sets of French doors open to the garden, allowing you to create that inside/outside feeling as you dine at the bench dining table. In the kitchen, you’ll be brilliantly equipped with everything necessary for gourmet cooking, including a microwave and a dishwasher for convenience. A useful WC completes this floor. All four tranquil bedrooms are upstairs, with hypoallergenic bedding and beautifully coordinated colour schemes. One of the super-king-size rooms has an en-suite, while the others share a bright family bathroom. The south-facing rear garden has a large lawn and a patio for enjoying drinks and meals in the sunshine. You can store bikes and outdoor gear in the secure shed, and private parking is available for two cars.

This fabulous cottage is in a quiet, residential area less than 500 metres from Beadnell’s fabulous beach. This wide, sandy bay is ideal for swimming, sailing, water sports, dog walking and general family fun. Explore Beadnell’s harbour with its colourful fishing boats, and the village’s shops and eateries. In Seahouses, 2.5 miles away, there are more boutiques, some great seafood destinations and boat trips to the Farne Islands to see seals, puffins and more. Try the iconic kippers at Craster, 8.5 miles away, and visit the castles of Bamburgh or Alnwick, both within 13 miles.

Absolutely beautiful house, clean, well laid out, warm and welcoming. Perfect location for a weekend get together. We loved the welcome basket and the fresh scones too! Little things but very much appreciated. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated, well laid out and beds are comfy. Plenty of hot water, well equipped kitchen, lovely seating area in Read moregarden. Great location, close to the beach. We hope to return for another lovely weekend break. Hide

This is a great house. 4 good sized bedrooms (1 en-suite). Well appointed location and within easy walking distance from Beadnell beach. Would certainly recommend.

Nice comfy clean house that worked well for our family group. It's compact - bedrooms are quite small - but it's comfortable and everything from linen and towels to kitchen equipment feels very new.
