This is a warm comfortable property in a fabulous location for exploring the Northumbrian coast. It is ideal for dogs, with an enclosed back garden and lots of fields/ beaches close by for exercise. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the area. As did we!

Clean and tastefully decorated home with lovely welcome pack for us & pups; thank you. Comfortable and with all essential equipment. Parking on the street was a bit of an issue as it seemed the thing to do was put your bin out on the road to prevent anyone stealing your space! Public road within close proximity to both beach/harbour and town, so peRead morerhaps a no parking or keep access free at all times sign would help solve that. Overall, a lovely stay in this gorgeous part of the UK. Hide

2nd time at the house, and it was as good as before. Had a WiFi issue which was resolved by openreach mid way through our holiday. House is clean and all the equipment works which is great. Pillows are too soft for our liking, but then you cant please everyone. Mike the caretaker was really helpful, and we love having the garden for the dogs (whichRead more isnt always possible in Amble), no issues with parking, but it is not always possible straight outside the property but always a space further down the street. Booked this accommodation going off previous reviews, on arrival the front of the house garden was unkempt as was the rear garden, situated near to shops, harbour etc so ideal for eateries, shops, quiet street, lots of cars parked but managed to park easily, comfortable clean beds, kitchen equipped with most of everything you would need, nice welcoRead moreme pack, didnt like the plastic table cloth, no toilet rolls but no problem just went & bought some, decoration needs some TLC overall a reasonable stay, having used Coquet Cottages for a number of years we felt this wasnt up to their normal standard, but the house is in a good location for all the attractions Northumberland has to offer. Fish Shack, Boat house in Amble great places to eat, Masons arms in Warkworth, Northumberland Arms at Felton, Druridge Bay is fabulous as you have the beach & the country park, lots of beautiful beaches, Bamburgh, Cresswell, Embellton Hide
