This bright and modern apartment enjoys a central location in Alnwick, a market town filled with characterful streets and historic charm. It has lovely views across the old town and easy access to pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Part of the Malthouse development, a former brewery transformed into stylish contemporary flats, this dwelling has a sophisticated look and feel. On arrival, enter through the communal hall and take the lift or stairs up to your apartment. Inside, thoughtful touches, cosy throws, and statement decor give the space a welcoming atmosphere. Two beautiful super-king-size bedrooms sit off the hallway; both offer Smart TVs for lazy mornings, one boasts an en-suite shower room, and the other is served by a well-appointed bathroom. At the end of the hall, the open-plan living area has patio doors framing views of historic Pottergate Tower. There’s a fully integrated kitchen, a dining table for six, and a cosy lounge space with stylish seating and another Smart TV. While the apartment has no private outdoor space, you’ll have Alnwick’s gardens and other leafy spots within half a mile. The apartment also comes with private parking for one car.

Visit the world-famous Alnwick Castle (500 metres), known for its starring role in the Harry Potter films. Dine among the treetops at The Alnwick Garden or spend a happy afternoon browsing one of England’s largest second-hand bookshops. Lovely apartment ideally located in Alnwick within walking distance of pubs, shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed couldn't have asked for any more. Would definitely return

This is a very pleasant apt, incredibly well equipped and we appreciated the bottle of wine and toiletries. The location was perfect for us we walked in Hulne Park and my partner ran the Park Run from the apt. So many thanks.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfy stay. Both bedrooms are large with good beds, and a plus that it also has two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is fantastic. All in all it is easy to recommend.

I don't like lifts so it was good just to have one flight of stairs. The outlook was towards a stone wall so the view was limited. The skyline above the wall was lovely in the evening light. The bed in the ensuite bedroom was very comfortable. The bedrooms are north facing and have a fence directly outside so they are dark but also cool which was aRead more bonus in such hot weather. The kitchen was well equipped. It was good to have a shower cubicle rather than having to climb in and out of a bath. Both were an option - 2 bathrooms a bonus. The flat is spacious and was a pleasant place to spend time. Malthouse is a great location, handy for eveything. Parking space another plus. Hide

This was our second stay and as excellent as the first. Very well appointed, upmarket appliances, lovely furniture and comfy beds. Great location, very easy walk into the town centre, and lots of lovely places around to drive to. Look forward to staying again.
