The property is located in the extremely friendly port town of Amble, just 0.5 miles from the mouth of the River Coquet. You can follow this riverside route up to the village of Warkworth (1 mile) and access the beach with ease (2.5 miles). Entirely spacious inside, this two-storey abode can accommodate a total of seven guests and is extremely pet friendly, a perfect destination for your next family retreat. Pay attention to the cosy interiors and the suntrap courtyard at the side, ensuring you’ve got somewhere to relax at any time of year.

Style meets comfort and function in this exceptionally well-presented property. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room and living room in three separate, generously proportioned spaces. Both the dining room and the living room are equipped with gas fires and comfortable seating to relax on, and you’ll find a Smart TV in the lounge for late-night entertainment. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are equally attractive with their own distinct style and plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms, a super-king-size and a king-size, feature en-suite bathrooms, whilst the final triple bunk room is served by a handsome family bathroom. In Amble, the fantastic waterfront destination of Amble Harbour Village (0.5 miles) is a place to visit, offering the chance to pick up a one-of-a-kind gift or trinket to take home. From the town’s harbour, you can also embark on exciting boat trips out to sea, including regular puffin-spotting trips that circle the protected habitat of Coquet Island. Those who prefer to stay on dry land can enjoy a coastal path walk up to the neighbouring village of Alnmouth (5.5 miles), a destination with a sandy beach and plenty of local pubs to frequent.

A very comfortable well appointed house. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. A short walk away is a great area to exercise the dogs. Ideally located to enjoy the beautiful Northumberland coast. Also the coast liner bus can be caught very close to the property.

Well appointed house in great location. Comfy decor and very well equipped kitchen. No less than four TVs kept everyone happy.

I found the house to be lovely and comfortable and had a little court yard garden at the back excellent for my dogs and was very central to the town which had lovely restaurants, pubs and shops, would definitely come back to this property as I enjoyed it very much.

Comfortable house, short walk to shops and restaurants. Amble is a very good base for exploring the area.

The property had absolutely everything needed for a great stay. The decor of the property was very stylish. The location on the edge of town was perfect.
