The perfect destination for seaside escapes, this single-storey cottage is situated right on the Northumberland Coast Path in beautiful Beadnell. Made for making memories together, the property invites six guests to stay with ample space for relaxing both inside and out. It’s dog-friendly, and pet owners will be pleased to find that all of the beaches along Northumberland’s AONB coastline offer minimal canine restrictions. Spend your days getting stuck into sunbathing, ball games and water sports on pristine golden sands, all before coming home and firing up the BBQ in the private, enclosed garden that this property has to offer.

Extremely spacious with homely aesthetics and seaside accents, you’re sure to feel instantly welcome in this comfortable bungalow. Discover a large kitchen with a handy breakfast table and more than enough space to cook up something tasty, perhaps with a catch of the day sourced locally. The lounge/diner then offers plenty of space to sit together, including around the dining table for mealtimes and on cushy sofas as the day turns to night. A wood burner keeps things cosy when the weather turns cooler. Along the hallway, two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom are served by one en-suite bathroom and one family bathroom. The garden completes the property, offering both a lawn and patio where children and pets can safely play.

Wander the short distance down to Beadnell Bay Beach (0.5 miles), a beautiful arc of sand popular with sailors, windsurfers, kayakers and those who just want to sunbathe and swim. Accessible via the coastal path, head north up to Seahouses (2.5 miles) for further fishing village attractions. This splendid village offers a bustling harbour with regular boat trips available, plenty of seafood eateries and relaxing streets to mosey through on a chilled-out afternoon. There’s also a popular golf club for those looking to tee off (1.5 miles).

Excellent cottage. Very roomy. Great for enjoying the scenery and the tranquility. But also close to all the amenities and attractions.

Property was extremely cold on arrival no heating on. No toilet roll in the bathroom. poor amount of cooking utensils. Kitchen floor was dirty I had to give it a good clean. Plus point beds comfortable and clean plenty of hot water.

The accuracy score is affected by the fact that there was no cot at the property, despite my checking several times in advance and also having written confirmation from you that there would be one there. As the arrival time is a Friday late afternoon, it meant that help lines were not available. I left a voicemail with the 'urgent number' but didn'Read moret receive a response from that, only a response from one of the office numbers the following Monday. The folder of information about the property did give the owner's number, but as this was in a drawer in the living room, we didn't find it until it was too late. I have been given a 50 voucher as recompense... but this didn't solve our problem when we arrived. Hide
