Excellent apartment with fabulous views. This is our 2nd visit to this property and we have a 3rd stay booked for April - hopefully this says it all about how we feel about this location!

A beautiful apartment overlooking the marina and part of the boatyard, with every essential piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly need and lots more besides. Bin bags, squeezy, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets all provided for a week. Spacious and comfortable apartment very well located with constantly changing views overlooking the marina at Amble. Car parking on site and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops in Amble as well as being extremely well located for visiting a variety of Beaches and places of interest. This was our second visit to this property.

The apartment was excellent, but the slightly lower scores given on the last 2 questions was due to disappointing communication from Coastal Retreats. I called Coastal Retreats the morning after we arrived at The Quayside with a query regarding the 'partnership offers' that were in place. Unable to get through to speak to someone, I left a message Read morewith my contact number asking for someone to call me back. I followed this up with an email the very same day. Unfortunately I never received a response to either the telephone message or the email. Fortunately my enquiry was not something critical, but I thought that it was extremely poor that no-one bothered to get back to me. Hide

Brilliant property but lower score is just for the lack of table knives ( we had to keep washing them) and cutting knives were fairly blunt .
