Keen walkers can join the coast path to follow the coastline to the nearby harbourside village of Seahouses, just over 2 miles away, to pick up the daily catch from the local shops, cafes and restaurants. From Seahouses Harbour (2.5 miles), hop on a boat trip to sail to the Farne Islands to spot the resident puffins and grey seal colonies.
