Find pure peace and tranquillity at this adorable end-of-terrace cottage. It is located on the outskirts of the bustling harbourside village of Seahouses, where boat trips, golden sands and countless footpaths await to be explored. This is the ultimate seaside escape for couples and small families looking to answer the call of the sea.

Make yourselves at home in the welcoming lounge; fire up the wood burner and unwind on the plush sofas, sharing stories of the day’s adventures. If you decide to eat in, the contemporary cottage-style kitchen/diner offers plenty of space for you to get creative with some new local flavours, and enjoy your efforts with a glass of something chilled seated around the rustic dining table. When you can’t resist the call of bedtime, retire to the king-size or single bedroom upstairs which both feature characterful sloping ceilings and crisp linens that ensure a well-deserved peaceful slumber before tomorrow’s adventure. Outside, stroll along the lane to the enclosed lawned garden to indulge in a spot of al fresco dining.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect size for our little family and we found it to be relaxing and peaceful. Its a great location - just 10 minutes to walk into Seahouses and to see the sea. Its also perfect for exploring this section of the Northumberland coast. We were grateful for the provisions for our little one (travel cotRead more + a range of high chairs). I cannot say enough good things about the stay - cosy, restful, perfect. We would stay again. Really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was excellent and just what we were after. We hadn't been to this area before and loved the fantastic beaches as did Rosie our cockapoo. We were very impressed with the whole area and will look to return with all the family in the future.

The property was very tastefully furnished and decorated with excellent appliances. The only down side was the lack of power from the electric shower.

The description of the property stated that there was a garden. This insinuates that the garden is attached to the property. This wasnt the case. The garden was a piece of land along the way. We also had to check for cars coming along the drive before opening the front door to get to the garden which again was a pain. Admittedly the access to the Read moregarden was in the description but only at the very bottom. It should have been highlighted in a more prominent place. I showed the property advert to 3 people. None of them noticed that the garden was not attached. As a dog friendly property the garden for us was key when booking On a separate note the property was Beautiful, tidy and clean. I could not fault it. Due to the lack of garden and access issues we left the property on Monday morning and rented another property in seahouses. For that reason it was not good value for money.
