Head into the open-plan living space and you’ll find a well-designed kitchen with everything you’ll need for creating holiday meals, from hearty breakfasts to romantic suppers, and a dining table for two. The lounge area has soft seating and a Smart TV, so you can stream your favourite shows or settle in for a movie night. The bright double bedroom is another relaxing space, with a TV and an en-suite shower room – the shower boasting jets and a built-in seat. Step through the glazed door between the two elegant arched windows and you can enjoy a drink or a meal at the picnic table in the garden. Additionally, the shared courtyard at the front of the property is another spot where you could enjoy al fresco food or drink.

The apartment is only 500m from the stunning Beadnell Bay Beach, where you can swim, sail and try your hand at a variety of water sports. The village has a few shops, pubs and places to eat, as well as a west-facing harbour that’s a lovely spot for watching the sunset at the end of a busy day. Head to Seahouses, 2 miles, for more shops and restaurants, as well as boat trips to the Farne Islands, a well-known nature reserve. Craster (home of the famous kippers) is 8.5 miles, and Alnwick Castle 13 miles.

Good garden for dogs and proximity to Craster Arms

We had a fantastic week no. 4 cherry tree cottage ! Great for the dog having the private back garden and lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will be booking up for our next stay !

Clean, contemporary, comfortable, generally peaceful with little noise from the nearby pub and restaurant, plenty of parking space, the small garden area at the back proved useful to improve mobile phone signal.
