We were so looking forward to coming here and we weren't disappointed. The cottage and its situation so close to the beach was heaven for our dogs ! Facilities were good and the bed and all the furniture was really comfortable. Not surprised it's fully booked all year. Really enjoyed our week.

The most beautiful house with so many original pieces of furniture. Very comfortable and warm , even tho we had Storm Gerrit hit us for 24 hours - had a short power cut but found the candles which are left in the kitchen dresser . The close proximity to both the beach , Amble and Nature Reserves is a big bonus too . Would certainly return to Beach Read moreView . Hide

This was our 15th week at Beach View, usually book with tge owner, but this year we changed a booking g we had with you, the cleanliness has improved over the last couple of years & appreciated the new mattress especially on single beds! In 40 + years of self catering thus was the 1st time we've been anywhere where there was no milk. We were fine aRead mores always take some with us( as we have different ones) but sure people travelling along way would appreciate some, especially as no shop to nip to. We have already booked thus cottage for next year with tge owner & as he is coming back to England next year some of the other things may get replaced! But love the location. Hide

Everything was as stated, but there was mould on bathroom ceiling and tiles, which I cleaned off and oven could have done with a clean. But still a lovely cosy cottage in a fab place.
