Sleeping five guests in three bedrooms, this pet-friendly holiday home is perfectly placed for exploring this picturesque market town or heading into the rugged landscape of the Coquetdale Valley. After adventurous days exploring your surrounds, return here to rest and recharge in the spacious lounge/diner, challenge your travelling companions in the games room, or unwind in the garden.

The ground floor entranceway has space to store your outdoor gear before entering the main living areas. Sink into plush seating in the elegant lounge/diner, wood burner lit on chilly days, to watch a film after a day of hillside exploration. A very well located and comfortable house. Rothbury is lovely with great walks nearby, nice shops and eateries. We were a family of 5 adults and had some rainy days. But there was plenty to do in the house. The games room and Smart TV were great.

Property was cosy and warm even though a cold weekend. Very well equipped. Ideally situated for exploring the area- visited Cragside and Simonside for walking. Would like to return to explore more of Northumbria.

The house is fantastic and exceptionally well equipped for the whole family! The house is like a tardis with plenty of room and we particularly loved the outdoor garden room where we read our books with a glass of wine. We also all loved the games room (especially our 17 year old son!) and have all walked away with pool and darts skills (or lack thRead moreereof haha). The north east is already our home away from home and Sycamore Corner because that too this week. Thank you :) Hide

A super holiday home in a great location. It really felt like a treat to stay here. Great facilities (pool table, dartboard, summer house) and plenty to do even when the weather isn't great. Rothbury is a lovely market town, and nicely placed to travel to either the coast or inland to Hadrian's Wall. Hope to return soon.
