Top notch. Very comfortable, spotless and all equipment you are likely to need is in the lodge. Location was great and most attractions and coastline within easy reach. Comfortable and cosy accommodation, reasonably well equipped with good Wi-Fi and smart TV. Good to have if, like us, you like to spend evenings at home. Good views over the golf course, we saw grazing deer more than we saw golfers. Good central location for touring north of Newcastle.

Ideal location from exploring the area. The static overlooks the golf course and it was nice to see the Deer wandering in the wood's. Useful veranda for our dog to sit out and be safe. Plenty of films/books if needed on a rainy day although we had lovely weather. A trip to the Holy island was very interesting. Plenty of shops 20 mins away.
