The wide, sandy Alnmouth beach is just 200 metres away, perfect for soaking up the sun on a summer’s day. Enjoy a game of golf at Alnmouth Village Golf Club or take a walk along the Aln Estuary and bay. Hop in the car and head to Bamburgh (21.5 miles). Visit the imposing Bamburgh Castle, drifting sand dunes or the Farne Islands before picking one of the many eateries in the town. The Northumberland Coast is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which can be admired and explored on the coastal paths running through the county.
