Walk directly to the beach or country park from this lovely, spacious property. Groups of friends or family up to eight can comfortably stay here and enjoy the ideal location for exploring Northumberland. In the evening, turn up the hot tub in the garden and soak away the day.

This beautiful stone house is modern and stunning with plenty of amenities and space for all guests to socialise together, or enjoy some time out if needed. The hallway has room for your coats and boots to be placed after a busy day exploring the Northumberland coast. Choose from two well-presented lounges, one with a warming wood burner and comfortable sofas, the other bright and airy, with French doors leading out to the garden. A superb, contemporary kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to cook, eat and socialise together. Upstairs are four fantastic bedrooms with views to the countryside beyond. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a large hot tub.

Situated in a small village, there are amenities such as a shop and pub within very easy reach on foot. Druridge Bay Country Park is 500 metres away with its dune-backed beaches, leafy woodlands and fantastic lake. There are plenty of walks and cycling trails around here to enjoy on your stay in Northumberland. Head to nearby Amble (3.5 miles) and its picturesque fishing harbour and marina, where there are plenty of restaurants and independent shops to peruse too. History lovers will enjoy a visit to Warkworth Castle and Gardens (4.5 miles).

We have just enjoyed a lovely four night stay at School Field House. Our accommodation was perfect and well located for exploring the Northumberland coast. We enjoyed walks to Druridge bay and on to Amble and again to Druridge bay and on to Cresswell bay returning by bus. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Weve just had the most amazing week away and the house was perfect for what we wanted. Fabulous property , the house is large enough to cope with eight adults, one baby and dogs ! 10 minutes drive to Druridge Bay and easy access to Amble and Alnmouth .

Absolutely gorgeous holiday home, with first class amenities. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms and en suites were spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We stayed at the house for a long weekend, the house was cosy and warm, beds are comfy, Kitchen equipment was excellent, and the greeting basket was a lovely welcoming. We had a great time in the Hot tub too, very warm, clean and relaxing.

Fabulous house for a couple of families. Plenty space especially bedrooms and kitchen. Kitchen very well equipped. Loved the hot tub. Good location near the coast, lovely walks not far away. Our little puppy was shattered every night. Would definitely return.

The property is fabulous & was equipped with everything that we needed. It's location was perfect for our group within easy access to some beautiful beaches. We ate out every day & easily found lots of pubs serving really good food. This was our first time in Northumberland but will definitely not be our last, can't wait to go back

We have just returned from a fabulous week! The house was a perfect base to explore Northumberland. The spacious living areas provided our group of 8 with plenty of space to relax or play games. Everything has been thought of in this property, well laid out with attention to detail and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and everything worked, which makes a change in a rental property. The property was close to all amenities and ideally situated to visitor attractions and great beaches.

Great place which we would definitely return too. Had everything that we could need. Very clean property, no complaints at all. Worried that kitchen may not have all the utensils etc we needed to make a big dinner but they had everything and even had kids cutlery/plates etc. We all had a wonderful time
