Still Waters is a luxury apartment and enjoys one of the best locations on the Northumberland Coastline; overlooking Amble Marina at the newly developed Coble Quay. Relax in style and comfort in this beautiful holiday property with its dual-aspect, wrap-around balcony which affords you expansive views of the ever-changing light throughout the day from sunrise to sunset. Gaze across the yachts and boats moored in Amble’s popular marina towards medieval Warkworth Castle, on the Coquet Estuary. You can also see the sandy beach and coastline beyond and no matter what the weather is doing, you are guaranteed a front row seat to the best show on the coast!

Beautifully appointed, this first floor apartment with both lift and stairs access, offers high quality, modern facilities and comfortable furnishings throughout. The spacious, open-plan living area has wall to wall windows and a large, sliding door leads on to the balcony which wraps around two sides of the apartment offering a place to sit and watch the scene or enjoy a drink. The lounge area has a large sofa and two armchairs where you can relax and become mesmerised by the views and you can cosy up in the evening and watch a film on the Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen is well laid out and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and you can enjoy a meal or two together sitting at the large dining table with views across the harbour. There are two well presented bedrooms; the Master bedroom, with a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, plus a further double bedroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, there is private, off-road parking for one car under the car port with options for a second car parking free nearby.

The apartment is located on the Northumberland Coastal Path and National Cycle Route 1 and from here, you have easy access to St. Oswald’s Way for walking and cycling. Known as the 'Friendliest Port,'  Amble has so much to offer all year round and all within easy reach, including some great, award-winning restaurants. Radcliffe's bar is on your doorstep with the excellent Jasper's Bistro just a 5 minute walk away. Other great restaurants to try include The Old Boathouse, The Fish Shack and La Famiglia. For sweet treats, the fabulous Spurelli’s ice cream parlour is not to be missed! Browse and buy gifts from the quirky boat-style shopping pods in the harbour and the award-winning High Street which offers an array of independent shops and cafes. Cycle the coastal routes (family friendly) to either nearby Cresswell and Druridge Bay to the south and Alnmouth to the north and take a boat trip to nearby Coquet Island to see the birdlife. Try a myriad of activities, such as canoeing and kayaking at the local water sports centre and of course, all the famous Northumberland attractions are all within easy reach.

This has to be one of the most wonderful lets from Holiday Cottages. It has everything that one could need or want and in addition the convenience for the important things in Amble is first rate and the view over the marina and of the Coquette River/Estuary is spectacular. Our second year staying at Still Waters. That says it all.

Most fabulous location - lovely interior - really impressed with cleanliness - kitchen equipment i.e tableware , cookware , cutlery and utensils everything we needed and could not be faulted. Excellent on site parking . Many hours spent watching the wild life and the boats in the marina from the lovely living room and balcony.

This was our third visit to Still Waters, a most comfortable and luxurious apartment with a view to die for. I recently became sight impaired but this apartment is accessible on the first floor, with carefully laid out furniture and fittings so l know exactly where everything is and how it works, which makes for a stress free holiday. My husband enRead morejoys watching the birdlife and the comings and goings of boats in the Marina. The facilities of Amble are just a short walk from the door. Hide

Still waters is ideally situated to gain the view of the sunsets The owners have thought of everything which enhances the positive experience. All furniture and equipment are of high standard and a joy to use. Amble is a pretty little town with excellent amenities. We would recommend the fishshack to eat and drink. Beautiful well appointed apartment with stunning views over the marina especially at sunset. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient for some good restaurants and an ice cream parlour. You can walk up or down the coast from the door although we also used the local buses some of which are infrequent to more remote locations. A really nice apartment with a great view and every amenity. Really well located in the centre of Amble. We visit the area regularly and this is the nicest place we have stayed. Third visit and can highly recommend. Apartment is well equipped, modern, very warm and comfortable. Spotlessly clean with of course the superb view of the marina and Warkworth from the huge picture windows. Added bonuses of dedicated undercover parking and a lift.

amazing place, i'd visit again in a heartbeat. Local ice cream parlour just around the corner. Being an avid sewer i was delighted to find a lovely friendly fabric cabin in the local high street. The property was clean and finished to a very high standard. The kitchen was more than fully equipped.

It is always a pleasure to stay in Still Waters, with its warm, clean and comfortable facilities and amazing view across Amble Marina.
