Watchman's Cove offers lovely, seaside holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and is located right on the harbour wall in the old quarter of Seahouses village. The cottage has beautiful, uninterrupted sea views from the lounge and all bedrooms looking out towards the Farne Islands.
The property sleeps up to 6 people over three floors with all rooms enjoying sea views. The living accommodation is open-plan with a small balcony which overlooks the harbour. The two twin bedrooms on the ground floor share a good-sized family bathroom and the spiral staircase (N. B. can be steep for some) leads from the lounge up to the master bedroom and en-suite shower room on the second floor.
Relax and enjoy the morning sunrise and the glorious sunsets from the comfort of Watchman's Cove. From here, you have a very short walk to the beach, the shops, friendly pubs, restaurants and local attractions in the village, including the boat trips to the Farne Islands to see the bird and wild life. Take the coastal path along to Bamburgh to see the magnificent castle and spend some time in the pretty village there browsing its range of independent shops and restaurants, visit the Grace Darling Museum or take a picnic to the fantastic beach. Beadnell Bay can be reached on foot or by car in 3 minutes in the other direction, where you can watch the various water sports, try your hand at rock-pooling; or have a meal in one of the great pub/restaurants in the village. Watchman's Cove is an excellent choice as a base to explore from or simply, to relax, unwind and enjoy the views!
