There are 3 bedrooms, plus an optional 4th bedroom available for an additional charge - please see below. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room and the modern kitchen and dining areas downstairs and the spacious lounge offering panoramic views plus an additional double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom are upstairs. The 4th bedroom is accessed via the balcony and has a double bed, lovely sea views and a luxury ensuite bath/power shower room. This is a great option for anyone looking for additional space and privacy and there is an additional charge to book this room. Please note however, that the house is still only available for a maximum of 6 guests.

Located on the southern edge of the seaside hamlet of Low Hauxley, a two minute drive or 5 minute walk from popular Amble, on the stunning Northumberland Heritage coast, you can enjoy the quiet, sandy beach opposite the house with views Coquet Island nature reserve. Staying here, you are also close to the friendly, neighbouring harbour town of Amble with plenty of popular restaurants, bistros and ice cream and coffee houses. Nearby are the river Coquet and Warkworth village with its medieval castle ruins, alongside an interesting range of independent shops, galleries and places to eat. There is something for everyone here. Low Hauxley Nature Reserve has a new visitor centre and circular walk. You are also within easy reach of Druridge Bay beach, lake and Druridge Pools nature reserve.
