Fabulous beach front location, house in good condition internally and externally . Plenty parking, enclosed garden, clear instructions on finding key and alarm.
Dunes View has a welcoming , spacious , relaxing ambience. A few metres from the house lies a wide sandy golden beach stretching for miles and miles. The coastline and villages offer plenty of activities & walks for kids and dogs. I enjoyed a wander along the riverside in Warkworth and a visit to Fenwick Gallery on the main st. Remember to take a loaf of bread to feed the ducks!!!

The cottage is great value for money, felt like a home from home. Beautiful design with balcony and amazing views of the bay from the balcony. Wasn't pretentious in its decor do didn't feel on edge using facilities. Great garden leading straignt onto sand dunes and easy access to beach. Great location close to local attractions. Enjoyed Bamburgh castle day out, and Alnwick gardens. Due to late spring this year gardens were not as beautiful as they good be. I would say I was disappointed with the local attractions charging entrance fees aswell as car parking fees felt you were being double charged. Would advise parking in bamburgh village and walking to castle. Enjoyed most being able to get straight to beach and being able to enjoy time with whole family walking on beach including dogs.

We stayed at Dunes View Cottage for a weekend and found it to be a lovely, spacious detached house in a delightful location with the back garden gate leading onto the dunes. The style of the property having the living area upstairs provides lovely views of the dunes from the balcony. Safe, enclosed, large garden is perfect for young children/dogs.

Beadnell is a fantastic village forming part of the stunning Northumberland coast line. Dunes View is located essentially on the beach and a 15 minute walk in to the centre of the village (pub). The house is very well equipped and could easily accommodate 6 or possibly more people.

The cottage is in a great position for long walks on the beach and an ideal base for travelling around the area.
We thoroughly enjoy walking to low Newton and along the beach from Seahouses to Bamburgh. We had some lovely meals out at the Craster Arms Beadnell, The Jolly Fisherman Craster and the Treehouse at Alnwick.
Cottage is lovely in every aspect, location, peacefulness and comfort and cleanliness.
