When it comes to Northumberland accommodation, Levante Cottage is as good as it gets - enjoying an enviable location just a few metres from the beautiful horseshoe-shaped Beadnell Bay, with panoramic sea views from its unique lounge area on the second floor.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located right next to the historic stone lime kilns (now owned by the National Trust) in the charming fishing village of Beadnell. When you stay in any of our cosy Beadnell cottages, you’ll get access to all the amenities of home. With two great pubs serving food in the village, as well as a general store nearby, this property is ideally situated for exploring the local delights this quaint Northumberland village has to offer. Boasting a number of unique features as well as close proximity to the beach, Levante Cottage is a fantastic choice for holidays with the family or a group of friends, all year round.

Among the many features currently offered in Levante Cottage, you’ll find free guest Wi-Fi, a wood burning stove and off-road parking - as well as the additional lounge on the newly refurbished second floor. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Northumberland Coast!

There’s also a new en-suite shower room joined to the master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk room. The brand new family bathroom has a shower over the bath - plus a combi boiler for instant hot water.

One of a selection of dog friendly Beadnell holiday cottages, Levante Cottage welcomes two well behaved dogs.

  • 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom
  • 2 bathrooms 1 with shower over bath and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC
  • Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, wine fridge, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
  • Lounge with TV and Wood Burner (first basket of logs provided from 1st October until the 31st March which includes 3 logs, kindling and a newspaper, no matches or lighters provided)
  • Additional second-floor lounge with small fridge, radio and kettle
  • Small, walled patio garden to the front with space to sit (fold-away chairs are available in the downstairs cupboard)
  • Off street parking for 1 car at the rear of the property
  • Wi-Fi included

  • Walking distance from beach, and close to pubs, shops and fish and chip shop
  • This property will be decorated for Christmas
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Beautiful location right next to beach and Beadnell harbour. The cottage itself is very well stocked and a lovely place to stay.

A wonderful position with great views of the beach and we were treated to some amazing sunsets. The cottage is warm and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The upstairs sitting room works really well and fridge etc up there are a bonus. A beautiful area and really well placed for exploring.

Fantastic location right on the beach, and a fantastic beach as well. The cottage was very warm and cosy. Loved having breakfast at The Landings cafe just a few minutes walk along the beach, and pub meals at the Craster Arms. Great spot for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast. This former workers mid terrace is a cosy retreat. There is parking for 2 cars. The view from the top floor is superb. The towels are excellent quality, the beds and pillows great and the kitchen equipment is terrific. There are plenty of pans, bowls and cooking utensils. There are numerous plates, dishes, glasses and bowls. Initially my reaction wRead moreas what a super kitchen and living space but I was a little disappointed in the bathroom. Lovely comfortable warm cottage, amazing location - fabulous sea views. Sadly it needed a deep-clean and you might want to take a brush and shovel for the fire and some general cleaning equipment with you (such as a mop, dustpan etc) as well as logs - as none of these were provided. Had a lovely 3 night break with my husband, son, sister, brother in law and their 2 dogs. Plenty of room for us all. All of the cottage is so well planned ,cosy but loads of space and in a great location. Lovely modern kitchen. The beds were so comfy. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Will definitely be booking again in 2024

Overall a nice cottage in an excellent location and it wouldnt take much to make it amazing. Would visit again. To either use non allergic bedding and pillows and cushions or give the option of these or a warning that these are used. I am asthmatic so if i had known i would have brought my own.

Second visit. Stayed over New Year. The cottage is in a great location with amazing views of the beach and is well equipped. Sadly for us, the cottage needed a deep clean. Lots of areas of dust and grime, even the dining table was filthy and required a clean which made the cloth go black!! Windows were atrocious and had not been cleaned in some timRead moree. Such a shame. Also, the quilts are lumpy and past their replacement date. Loved our time in the northeast but will not be booking this one again. Hide

A really nice cottage in a perfect location next to the beach. It has all you need to make for a good holiday. The room at the top is great for relaxing with a view looking over the bay. The beds are comfortable and there is a good shower. After a walk along Beadnell Bay it was nice to be able the arrive off the beach and virtually straight to the Read morehouse. Amazing location - great cottage - we were lucky enough to see a sunset from the top room. Lovely pub in the village with great food. beadnell coast is a Fab place for birdwatching.

Amazing space and location. We had just the best time on the beach at sunrise every morning with our dog. The cottage location is fantastic, the views are fabulous, us and the dog sat for hours people watching on the beach. Well equipped and homely. Definitely holiday here again in the future. Levante Cottage was absolutely perfect in every way, beautiful & clean inside, very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more! All of the rooms were fabulous especially the snug at the top. We really didnt want to leave! & will definitely book again next year. Cant recommend enough!

Absolutely great location however for the price you pay the cottage itself definitely needs updating and a refresh. Pictures of the property make it look lovely but in reality its not as nice.

Leavante Cottage is a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. We stayed from 9th - 6th April 2022. Weather was good, some days great weather for this time of year. All rooms were clean and comfortable, cottage well equipped, bedrooms great, The location is great, long walks with our dog Travis (Cocker Spaniel) walked up to very good village store mRead moreost mornings, great views out to sea, Would stay again but we do tend to go to other destinations, but who knows?
