We had a wonderful weeks stay at Islestone Cottage. The property is decorated and furnished to an excellent standard and there are many thoughtful touches throughout to enhance everyones stay. The torches were particularly welcome for the bedtime dog walks along the farm track! Daily walks along the beach were a must and refreshment stops at the CoRead moreurtyard, Saltwater Cafe and Craster Arms enjoyed. Would definitely like to return in the summer months to make the most of the lovely garden. Hide

Very comfortable well equipped property and the trampoline was loved by our 2 and 5 year old plus their father!!! Its close to the village and beach and so many interesting historic venues to take the children to when the weather is poor!! Spacious and warm despite the poor weather and suited to our three generational family!!!

It wasnt far from the beach but you would have to walk across a field with either sheep or cows in it . Not good if you have a push chair. The lane down to the house wasnt lit so you need to drive or have a good torch .

This is a lovely cottage in a super location. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely garden too which we could not enjoy due to the time of year and weather short walk to a beautiful beach which was fabulous for the dog. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully revisit again ourselves.

As the weather could have been kinder we spent a lot of time away visiting NT and other places of interest.
