Stunning cottage with panoramic sea views for up to 6 guests located right on the harbour front in Seahouses offering luxury accommodation with excellent facilities and plenty of tasteful and interesting features to make your holiday a truly special occasion!

The back door leads to a private courtyard where you can sit out in the warmer months and leads to the utility room/dog drying room - with a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, iron, kettle and Belfast sink. There is also a seperate walk-in shower room and WC with wash basin off the utility room.

  • 3 bedrooms: 1 King size, 1 twin, 1 double
  • 1 main bathroom with bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.  1 en-suite with walk in shower, basin and WC
  • Electric hob and oven with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, cafetiere
  • Washing machine and tumble dryer
  • Wood burner
  • Allocated parking for 1 car in front of the property  (plus permit for nearby car park provided for an additional car)

We first stayed at Coastguard Watch a few years ago and it was by far one of the best cottages weve ever taken - both in Seahouses and elsewhere around the country. We recently managed to book the cottage again and certainly werent disappointed. The cottage was immaculately clean, warm (when needing a bit of heating) and very comfortable. Lovely holiday rental with a picture perfect view. Comfortable and offers 3 bedrooms and all the creature comforts you would need whilst away. A great location within the town of Seahouses and has parking out front which is really helpful. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. We will be booking again.

The view over the harbour is amazing! From beautiful sunrises, sunsets & full moon rises to stormy seas & big waves it provided hours of joy particularly for our elderly, less able parents. Kitchen is small but we managed and its well equipped. Main living area is comfortable and roomy and looked lovely with the Christmas decorations and tree. The Read moregenerous welcome hamper was an added luxury and very much appreciated. Great local shops for everything you could need! Hide

Cottage in perfect location, fabulous views and good facilities. My only negative thoughts are the kitchen is very snug for the size of the property and we did struggle a bit with 6 adults. I can't speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the charm and warmth of the cottage. The interior is beautifully decorated, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Fantastic decor throughout, we loved the livingroom in particular. Very cosy with the wood burner on in the evenings. Good level of cleanliness and well equipped. Such a great location by the harbour, the Eider Ducks (Dunter Duck's in Scots) kept us amused.

The property was very cosy and warm. We really enjoyed the view of the Harbour from the Lounge. We watched the RNLI go out practising there manovers on 3 occasions which was great.

Cottage was lovely and warm on arrival, everything was as promised, very comfortable and well equipped, plenty of space and in a perfect situation for doing anything and everything in Seahouses. The property was warm and welcoming on arrival. To be able to spend Christmas here was perfect as we love Seahouses so much. The views were amazing at anytime of the day. The property is also very well equipped throughout. The local area has some great places to eat and drink, we can highly recommend the Black Swan just metres from the cottage as wRead moreell as the Bamburgh Castle Inn, Potted Lobster in Bamburgh and The Landings at Beadnell. We absolutely loved our stay at Coastguard Watch in Seahouses (4 adults + 2 dogs), everything you could think of was catered for and the woodburner made it super cosy during the more challenging weather - plus the newly opened Black Swan pub is a dog friendly must - loved our stay at this property!

This is a lovely property. We loved the location, the amenities and the enclosed courtyard at the back was great for the dogs. The view is fantastic and being able to walk the coat path from either direction from the door was wonderful. Seahouses is a lovely place, we cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back at Coastguard Watch!

This is the 3rd year we've stayed here and it's a brillant location. It's really clean when you arrive and the views are exceptional from the living room. We found the beds too soft which might just be us being used to a firmer mattress. Sadly due to the rising cost we've booked another cottage on the harbour for next year. When sleeping downstairsRead more the heating comes on 7.08am and is really noisy. It's also noisy downstairs when people are up and about upstairs. But, great location! Hide

This was the perfect holiday after an absolutely terrible pandemic - I couldn't have wished for better and we all came home relaxed and now feel back on track - The location is amazing and the facilities in the cottage was everything we needed - loved watching the boats going in and out during the evenings and you get a perfect sunset view.

Just returned from our third visit to this wonderful cottage. Everything that we and our dog needed for a lovely stay was available, and once again the level of cleanliness was was very high. We will return again!

The heating was on, so the warmth of the cottage was so welcoming. Parking is right outside the front door. Everything was so clean, full of thoughtful homely touches, the kitchen is so well equipped and the bedding smelt so fresh. The highlight of this cottage is the upper floor, the view is amazing, we spent the evening looking at the beautiful sRead morekies.
